Shipping & Delivery policy
We will ship your item as soon as we finish creating it! This usually takes about 2-4 days due to the fact that each item is handmade by our small team of employees, but in some cases, the wait will be shorter. Your product will ship to the address you have listed at checkout, so make sure this is your current address.
*Customers outside of the Contiguous USA MUST pay for the shipping label required for their order*

• Standard (Shipping fee): 5-9 business days.
•Please choose express at checkout when you need the products in a hurry.
Many of our items are delivered within 8-14 days. However, these estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy. Please allow the full shipping timeframe for your item to arrive.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations only within 24 hours of your purchase date. We hand craft each order specifically for the customer purchasing, so if you need to cancel please let us know before we start building. We will not be able to offer cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of the purchase date.
